Singer-songwriter/performer Sarah Michelle was born and raised in Rochester, NY. At the early age of eleven she began studying voice at Aria's School of music and Eastman Community School of Music. Locally, throughout her young career she would perform and display her talent and passion for performance in school plays as well as other community projects. She studied piano for two years at Robert's Weslyan College, and two years of guitar at Collichio's School of music.
Locally Sarah can be found frequenting the open mic scene, and performing as a solo artist at local restaurants and lounges. With just her vocals and guitar, Sarah continues to captivate and draw the attention of new followers and music admirers, as she serenades the city of Rochester with originally arranged pop/rock/folk covers. Among her influences are Maroon 5, Pat Benetar, Natasha Bedingfield, Bruno Mars. She draws her inspiration from the support of her family, teachers and mentors.
